No matter how prepared you are, sometimes you just get stuck. Probably you already tried re-starting your machine, but that just doesn’t do it.
What our client love about using Eventure is the dedicated supportdesk behind it. All you need to do is pick up the phone and there is a friendly voice to help you. In a rush and not a good time to call? An e-mail will work as well.
Our supportdesk is open daily between 08:30 and 17:30 (CET+1). If our support team cannot help, they can turn to our programmers to fix any issue.

Eventure is set up in such a way that we can take over from you at any time. Our experienced registration managers will handle your events with the same love and care as you would yourself. Our services can vary from handling just one part of the process, to a complete package of abstract handling, registration management and on-site support.
Afraid to lose control? Do not worry. Handing over does not mean that control is lost. We are in daily contact with all involved, via telephone and mail contact. Through a sophisticated reporting tool, congress-and participant data can be easily consulted and shared with the congress organisers.
